MAINTENANCE & INSPECTIONS COORDINATOR

A lively, fast‑paced role in a hardworking, supportive estate agency.

Are you confident, organised, and calm under pressure? We’re looking for a Property Compliance & Inspections Coordinator to join our busy Property Hub. You’ll be right at the centre of day‑to‑day operations — logging and reporting repair issues to landlords, organising and coordinating contractors, managing compliance requirements, and carrying out inspections — all while keeping standards high and things moving smoothly. This role is about communication, organisation, and problem‑solving, not carrying out repairs or trade work yourself.

💼
About the Role

You’ll join our bustling Property Hub — a friendly team of five who work closely with our in‑house admin, lettings, and sales departments, as well as a trusted network of contractors. Working with market‑leading property software, you’ll help ensure issues are handled efficiently and professionally, supporting both landlords and tenants and keeping our portfolio compliant and well managed.

This is a varied, people‑focused role that suits someone who enjoys juggling tasks, making decisions, and keeping everything running smoothly in a fast‑moving environment.

🛠
What You’ll Be Doing

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

  • Logging repair and maintenance issues and reporting them clearly to landlords
  • Organising and coordinating contractors, including access arrangements and follow‑ups
  • Managing property compliance requirements and keeping records up to date
  • Completing inspections, inventories, and check‑outs
  • Acting as a key point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors
  • Troubleshooting property issues and keeping all parties informed
  • Playing an important role in keeping our property portfolio running smoothly

Please note: this role does not involve carrying out repairs or trade work.

🌟
What We’re Looking For

You’ll be well suited to this role if you are:

  • Highly organised and reliable
  • A calm, practical problem‑solver
  • Confident communicating with a wide range of people
  • Empathetic, professional, and firm when needed
  • A strong team player who enjoys a busy environment
  • Keen to learn, grow, and take pride in your work
  • A good time‑keeper
  • A holder of a full UK driving licence

🏡
What It’s Like to Work Here

We’re a family‑led estate agency with over 40 people who genuinely support one another. The role is fun, varied, and genuinely rewarding — but it will keep you on your toes. Things move quickly, priorities can change, and you may juggle several tasks at once, but if that energises you, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Enjoy

  • A friendly, supportive working environment
  • A role where your contribution genuinely makes a difference
  • Opportunities to develop new skills and build confidence
  • A team that values communication, teamwork, and commitment
